Guitar Rising
There is Rock Band and Guitar Hero now make way for Guitar Rising by GameTank. It not only plays songs and get scores but it actually teaches you how to play a real guitar. You can play with almost any guitar by USB adapter, a microphone, or sound card. It suppose to come out in both PC and Mac.
